I am ready to pay more for the product only if the quality is good. Vastrova is showing very nice products in their shopping site, but providing very very poor quality products. I am one of the customer who received worst quality product which is not even worth for *** rupees but I paid **** rupees.
When it comes to return policy, such a bad policy they made.
I should only courier the product to them it seems and they will not refund the money to my bank account. They will add it to vastrova balance itseems by deducting *** for delivering charges and we should use the balance amount for purchase next product from their site.
I am really very unhappy with this.
Please please solve my issue.
I want my money back to my bank account or cash in hand.
Please help me with this.
