Murli Fashion - Worst quality product and took huge amount of money and no return policy option

I ordered a silk saree worth rupees ****/- and they have delivered me the cheapest quality of saree on the name of silk saree. Now they are not responding on WhatsApp and not picking up the call. They mentioned earlier they have return policy of * days but after delivery I am not able to return the product. They are not responding on WhatsApp and they don't have an option for return on the website too. This is a fraud store that is snatching our hard earned money and I really want them to stop doing this and cheating and breaking consumers trust!!! Please take actions against them.
