Murli Fashion - Faulty package delivered having no resemblance to the product i ordered

I've received my order today morning and I'm very much disappointed by the product I've received because of the following reasons:
*. The item I had ordered was a readymade blouse + saree combination whereas what I have received is a single piece of saree
*. The item I had ordered was a nude and black combination saree and what I have received is no where remotely similar to it. I have received a purple shade plain saree which in no way resembles what I had ordered.

I had ordered from their website for the first time and i What I received has really disappointed me beyond limits. What they have delivered and what they advertised on your webpage are two very different items and providing faulty service.
I've paid for the item already and I've emailed them to get my issue rectified at the earliest but there's no response and they are not responding to calls either. After receiving a faulty product I realized that they have no feature to choose a return or refund on their webpage as well which clearly indicates phishy scam.
