Bsnl Ftth - Worst quality of services

I took the ** Mbps internet connection of bharat fibre because it was required to continue my online studies. But the quality of the internet is so bad that I am not able to attend my live classes. In fact, inspite of informing the servise provider about the issue, he has not taken any action. He simply says, " there's some problem with the internet given by BSNL and he had even said that if we don't need it, we must terminate the internet connection and stop using their services." The high speed internet is very important for my online studies but the service provider doesn't even care about this. Its been more than * months sense I have been making complaint regarding this. Nothing has been done regarding this. So it's my humble request to look into the matter.
