Bsnl Ftth - Internet not working since installation

I applied for BSNL FTTH connection on **Aug **** and I was told that within * days they will install the connection. After numerous requests , the cable was laid out and again after numerous requests the modem was installed. After ** days, I received sms from bsnl that my connection was activated, however there was no internet connectivity. Finally after ** days, after I received sms that Rs *** has received by bsnl (which I paid on ** Aug **** itself , a total of Rs **** for which no receipt was given to me, an additional amount of **** was paid for the modem again no receipt was provided) , my internet connection worked for * hours, since then it is not working and my calls and requests are unanswered
