Vastrova - Worst quality of product received

I ordered a suit from vastrova which was supposedly worn by Sonam Kapoor. On receiving the package I realised that not only is the product of the worst quality possible it also doesn't look anything like the one I ordered. On asking for return I was asked to ship it myself and that RS. *** will be deducted for I don't know what and above all I'll never get a refund. I don't want to buy anything from this hideous website anymore.
