On April **th, I brought my car in for service, detailing several issues, including a non-functional air conditioning system, problems with acceleration (pickup), Headlights and issues with the brakes. However, after an entire day, the service was incomplete.
They were unable to diagnose the AC problem and, by evening, requested that I return, suggesting a potential compressor issue. To conduct a thorough diagnosis, they stated the car would need to be kept for two days, also noting that their warranty staff was unavailable.
Consequently, I returned on May *th and handed over the vehicle. After two days, when I went to collect my car on May *th, I was informed that numerous problems were identified within the AC system, necessitating the replacement of several spare parts. These parts, I was told, would arrive in *-* days. However, ** days have now passed, and many parts are still pending. The dealership has been unable to provide a confirmed delivery date.
You can appreciate the difficulty of managing without air conditioning during this severe summer. This situation highlights a recurring issue with Toyota regarding spare parts availability, as they are often unable to supply parts even after orders have been outstanding for ** days or months.
