This is to bring to your kind notice that during my second service at Toyota Service Centre Rewari for my INNOVA CRYSTA, the manager informed me that FRONT BRAKE DISC is faulty. He further added that this a common fault in INNOVA CRYSTA. To my dismal, he said that out of courtesy he could get it repaired from the open market as it is not covered in the warranty.
This is completely unacceptable from such reputed brand that these kind of faults appear in the second scheduled service (***** Kms.) and that too not covered under warranty. The brake disc did not meet up to its expected life and worn out in such a short span.
