Spicejet - Worst flight experience with spice jet

Flight delayed by more than * hours , it caused me to miss my next flight which costed me around **k inr and the staff was not at all cooperative, we got a refund for the delayed flight which we cancelled but missed the next flight , also after offloading us they broke my baggage and told me to go and complain , worst service ever
