Sub Order ID ************_* this was exchanged as L size was available.
Order ID: ************ AWB No: ***************
Your Shadowfax delivery or pickup person came to our doorsteps, he took both parcels together but entered the first Sub Order ID ************_in system of Shadowfax or Meesho and i have received the refund of this order but he didn't make any exchange entry of the second Sub Order ID ************_* in either of the systems which can show that he has picked the second Sub order too. Very high chances he kept or stolen it for his personal use.
Now meesho is neither refunding the amount nor exchanging the product.
Kindly help in this regard
