I had an extremely disappointing experience with Shadowfax Courier. I entrusted them with an important parcel, but it was never delivered. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to their customer service team, I received no response or assistance. This lack of accountability and poor communication is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using Shadowfax Courier for any shipping needs.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
