Narendra Sharma filed complaint against Hyundai Motors on Dec 3, 2018
Dear Sir / Madam,
I recently (**-**-****) buy a new grand i** Sportz – *.* CRDI ( Chassis no. – MALA***ELHM******, Engine no. – D*FBHM******)car from Roshan motors Hyundai. Since it has low Hight so it has collided with some objective on road and its chamber got broken from the bottom side. I just drown maximum to *** meters before I realize about this incident and stopped the vehicle and assisted for RSA. Thankfully I got assistance within * hours. But that what I heard from the service centre was a shocker for me.
Service centre fellow told me that due to this incidence, engine of my vehicle got seized and its doesn’t cover insurance. Total cost of repairing is somewhere around **K.
I am owning a car from last * years and never had any engine related problems from my previous car (Fiat Punto) in fact couple of years back my point met with an accident by my Amazon co-worker, but only physically damages had happened, but despite of such major accident, its engine and other accessories were working fine, whereas as the engine of your vehicle couldn’t absorb a minor accident and failed completely. I am not the only person who is complaining about engine, my other friend from Churu (Owning – Hyundai excent) also suffering from poor quality of your car engine.
ü Since it was not a major accident and no fatal injury had happened, but still bottom side of chamber got broken, is this the quality of material??
ü I just drown for *** to *** meters and stopped, despite of that how engine can seize??? Is this the quality of your engine?
As I said earlier, I am surprised and shocked to see the quality of your engine and losing faith in Hyundai motor corporation. I am definitely, not going to recommend your vehicle to my co-worker amazon other industry friend and also going to take up this matter in social media so that at least others shouldn’t suffer. I am also planning to take up this matter in the consumer forum.
You are also requested to kindly provide mail id and phone no of your MD (Young Key Koo, Kyu Oh Lee) to lodge a complain directly to him.
(Since I will be busy in a day long meeting in BLR, please do not call me for next coming * days, however your response, If any. Can be communicated through mail or SMS)
