Hyundai Motors - Defective car delivered by Hyundai

I, Raman Kumar Chaudhary, purchased a car from Krrish Hyundai, Patna on **/**/****. They delivered me a detective car. A noise arises when I release the clutch after pressing since the day when I purchased the Car. I have visited many times to Service Centre of Krrish Hyundai which is situated at Kankarbagh Patna but my issue is not resolved. Again today I visited at same Service centre but problem still remained. Why defective car being delivered by Hyundai Motors? I am very much mentally harassed and depressed. I have lost my money because I got a defective car from Hyundai Motors.
Kindly do the needful please and give a instruction to change my car with new one which is fit and not defective.
