I ordered * items from winni costing to Rs. ****/- . While placing order, they showed it will get delivered in next * hrs but now it has been more then *hrs but neither the order status has been changed from in progress to out for delivery and neither they are responding to our calls or messages. IWe are not even able to cancel our order.
