Winni celebrate relations - Cake not delivered in time

On *rd of April ****, in kakinada, I ordered cake for my sister’s ** th birthday to Winni, they failed to deliver in time though I paid extra amount of rs ***, as they demanded to deliver between ** and * pm. They delivered after * pm, by that time my sister and other guests left the party, from ** I repeatedly requested to deliver in time and informed that my sister has to leave for Vizag at *.**. I demand compensation from them rs **,*** as I suffered lot of tension, and for my life long pain as I couldn’t celebrated my beloved sister’s ** th bday nicely, along with cost of cake and extra amount for stipulated time delivery.
