I have praise pro model and within a year it's controller stops responding. There was only one service center in my city and that too very far from my location. I carried my vehicle in loading auto to customer service center and they are not even professional.
I tried complaining to Okinawa complaint no. But their toll free no is of no use. Their company WhatsApp bot is of no use.
Their social media team and channel is of no use, i complaint on their social media channel too but their team just hide or delete my comments.
I even tried reaching out on messanger but got no response.
I even tried complaining on LinkedIn to their head via comments but no response.
It's WORST
MY VEHICLE IS SHUT FROM ** DAYS AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO RECTIFY ISSUE. MY COMPLETE WORK AND COMMUTING IS STUCK.
