G Shirisha i purchased okinawa praise pro scooty dated on **/**/**** , Motor No BDG******, Battery No TK*********C-A**** , Controller no. OKIP********ENM****** Charger no. P**-*****-C, Vehicle colour. GRB . In this regard my vehicle was burnt due to battery short-circuit . Hence please refund the amount or new vehicle in this regard,.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
