Indigo Airlines - Worst Customer Service in Indigo Chennai

Hi, I have traveled from Kuwait to Coimbatore via Sri Lankan Airways. It's a connection flight. From chennai to Coimbatore indigo Airlines tickets booked by the agency. International airlines allowed **kgs luggage. but domestic airlines will allow only **kgs. so we paid for excess baggage (** kgs attached the bill details). Once I reached the chennai, the customer care girl is asked me to pay **** for the excess baggage, I have explained more than an hour .but she is not listening what I am trying to say. I got frustrated and I asked one of my relation to pick my baggage, Because I dont want to repay for the excess baggage. After * and half hours some of other folks from indigo enquired me about the problem, they got the details. and they allowed me to travel with baggage's. I have paid for my relative taxi charges and unwanted travel. and got frustrated for this issue. Kindly do the need ful. Thanks
