Team, I have opted new broad band connection from Railwire i have spent **K to avail, recently i spoke to one of the employee from the branch (Panjala, Puttur) regards to my recurring recharge and i had worst experience while talking to employee (Sachin Shetty) , he doesn't know how to talk to customer very rude behavior , disrespectful and very unprofessional . Do not hire such person to the org where he will make customer to feel guilty and discontinue the service. He doesn't even gave respect what the amount i have spent for connection solely, his presentation made me to feel mentally sick. Team kindly take action on this , while employee communicate with customers they must have basic sense of humor.
