Msrtc shivshahi bus - Worst bus seats were broken the window was broken

I travelled from shivshahi bus from Pune to Kolhapur...the seats were broken ..also the window beside my seat was entirely broken and could be thrown off any minute ...the prices were also increased and yet the services were so poor ...better to take private bus than government bus .
