Onebroadband - Worst broadband service

I took onebroadband's broadband connection ** days ago. There internet service is so poor. It comes and goes whenever it wishes. Of the last ** days, atleast I've been without internet for * days.These guys are good for nothing. Truly the worst broadband service provider in the world. Writing mails to their customer care is of no use as they will just say to contact the area operator. The area operator himself will not pick up the calls when I call him to say there is no internet. The area operator took **** rs from me saying *** rs for installation charges and **** rs for the plan. When asked for the bill he only gave me the bill for **** rs. The area operator Muni reddy will never address the issue. He is just the worst. Before taking money he was all ok and praising the services they provide, but once he took the money he is nowhere to be found.
