Hi,
I have taken a broadband connection from One Broadband in Patna City, Bihar. From day one i am requesting them for a receipt of installation plan + the monthly charges (**** + ***/month). But they are just ignoring my mails & calls saying they have no provision to provide a receipt. I need the receipt for a re-reimbursement.

Kindly do the needful.
