I’m Shubhi Yadav and I gave my bike for general servicing to go bumpr. But when I received it it started to make so much noise and it felt like there is no shock absorbers in the behind wheel. I did not have any issues with my bike before and that’s why I have for general servicing only but after this servicing I really was disturbed and felt like cheated. I tried to contact the people who came to get my bike but no response from them. Is she how go bumpr is cheating? There is no customer care no. Or app to complain also. I need my refund. Bill was Rs. **** + *** pick up charges + *** fuel charges. Pls refund my amount.

These guys delivered me the broken bike after servicing and given fake bills, and after complaint they promised to do free service , but they couldn't.
