I would like to bring to your notice that I had taken my bike General servicing from GoBumpr Bangalore on **th Oct ****. As this is a free pick and drop service bike was collected around **AM and got a call within **-**min saying that there are few parts that need to be replaced and estimation would be ****/-.
I agreed to go ahead to change my parts on a condition that I want an invoice for the same. At evening around *PM I called the GoBumpr executive to find out the status and bill amount, They said that ****/- is the invoice amount and the bike is ready for delivery. But after multiple follow-ups I received my bike at *:**PM saying that invoice is not yet generated but the amount is ****/- which I have to pay without invoice. So to mitigate discussion and on the agreement to get my invoice by next day I paid ****/- via one of the UPI apps(attached Screenshot for your reference).
On the next day on **th October after multiple follow ups I received an invoice via WhatsApp, I have given Honda Grazia bike to service and I don't know how they replaced Bajaj Pulsar spare parts to my bike which is mentioned in the Invoice(attached doc for your ref) now I am worried if the parts replaced as discussed are the correct ones are not. As there is no proper invoice for the same I am also not sure if the amount I paid is worth the service and changes made to the parts of my two wheeler
Today on **th Oct **** at **:**PM I checked my bike service status in GoBumpr app, Still it is showing as "Ongoing" and I don't understand how they generated and delivered my bike as the status is showing as Ongoing(attached video for your ref).
Feedback on service:
I had a bad experience in the first service with Gobumpr, service was not at all satisfactory and I gave my bike with half a tank of petrol but I received it back with less than min quantity in my bike.
