Bharat Benz - Worst After Sale Service

Hello sir/ma'am this side sunil bhati from Shubham Travels from Jodhpur (Rajasthan)


I purchase bharat benz **** chassis AC bus for tourist purpose * months ago but now even before *st service your batteries are damaged and when our staff went to your service centre at mogra jodhpur they talked very rudely and even after * days they haven't solve the problem and bolts, nuts, screwdriver of bus kept from driver and talked very rudely and arrogent manner..



Bus oil problem from engine arise even after ****km running but your executive solve even after *** times told to them and after ** days or * booking again and again same problem arise with another one..


Now it's become * days they hold my tourist bus with minor mistakes.. My driver told they talked very abusively..



In short your after sales service is zero.. We have more than ** vehicles in jodhpur but this bharat benz bus experience is my first and last..


Tata buses are more effective and workshops are more and more better


Kindly solve my problem otherwise i will go another way.
