Bharat Benz - Grievance Model 1215 RE purchased by Sahyadri ConcreteProducts is not functioning as expected

the Benz BS* Model **** RE purchased * weeks back is giving hell lot of issues from day *. Really wonder the product has been quality tested before delivering as I see several basic mistakes and bare minimum functionality of the vehicle is not met. This has affected our services badly and getting remarks from customer.

I really need your attention to address the issues being faced by us and compensate for the damages occurred due to the poor quality of the product at the earliest. Shall raise our grievance in the right Auto forums.

Post body build and mounted crane, vehicle was sent to Benz showroom in Nelamangala for final test and certification to handover to us for regular operation but lot of defects do exist in the sold product.

ISSUES :
*. Turbo Inlet Hose was disconnected, there was no right clamp was used to fit even !!. We were stranded near EC RTO office for almost * hours.
*. Pick Up is very poor, the driver feel is like driving second hand vehicle.
*. Automatic Accelerator is not increasing sometime.
*. RPM is not increasing when PTO switch is on.

The regret that we have at this point of time is not chosen the right product despite being in this line of business from long time. The expectation what we had on Bharat Benz is far from reality and price hike of the vehicle from BS* to BS* without any proportionate value add. Very disappointing !!.
Customers are not making payments and threatening the cancellation of orders given which put us mental and financial stress on us.
