Airtel DTH - Worse services embarrassing and harassment by Airtel DTH

I have purchased newly Airtel DTH set up box in the month of Apr'** and there is some technical problem since last Wednesday for which i have raised the complaints. Everyday i am calling to customer care and they are saying that as per their system it is resolved but till today no technician came at my home to rectify it. I fed up to follow up and call them everyday even i have sent the mail since last two days but still my problem has not been resolved. Beside of, their monthly bill is already deducting from my Airtel customer id **********. I didn't receive this type of services in my life. Even yesterday i din't sleep at home thinking that their technician will come and rectify such small problem. While i call to their technician, he reply that he will come after an hour and don't come. Some times they are excusing that it's raining in Hyderabad so that he will not come. But we are also going to our office everyday and doing our work accordingly.
I am looking for compensation for such embarrassing, harassment and money loss.
