This is with reference to order no. VT************ with Vastrova.
I have ordered a suit worth Rs.*,***/- with them but they have sent me some other suit which is very cheap and low quality. I have written so many mails to them and asked hundred of times for the phone numbers but they did not give me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
