Npci - working time issues of UPI at particular time

I am using UPI from past *-* years duration. But nowdays when i have completely shifted on upi for transparency, then at this time upi is unable to prove it's accountability. From many days it is not working in evening and night and today i ordered something in night and it's not working that time and i loose my money and order too. Here, consumer is facing issue when he wants to do something good as our PM says to use digital payment mode, but in anti reaction he is facing issues in this chain.
