Amit Ranjan filed complaint against Npci on Jan 3, 2019
I have opened a new savings bank account and seeded my aadhaar on the same with the bank to receive gas subsidy. But NPCI is not mapping my new bank account. They are asking me customer consent form, which I have provided to them from new bank as well as from previous bank. Still they are not mapping. Now they are asking to provide IIN number from the previous bank. In the attached consent form there is no mention of providing any IIN in last point. In there website it is clearly mentioned that the new bank seeding with aadhaar gets overwritten automatically. But in my case they are asking so many items to do the same. What should I do. I am getting frustrated. Looks like they intentionally dont want to do the mapping free of cost and want some bribe to do that.
Please help.
