Decorpot interiors - Work did not progress post payment of booking amount

I am Ajay kumar, I had booked for interior work from decorpot,bhubaneswar branch for my house since January ** after paying an initial booking amount of *****, since then they didnot progress in this matter, projecting various dates of site measurement and other works from their side but failing to do things as per their commitment and delaying work on regular basis without any intimation.They also don't respond to calls, mails or WhatsApp messages.They regularly lie upon various statements, everytime contradicting their own statements. They even speak ill, on raised voice without maintaining customer employee relationship. They don't even have a proper team, it feels like no one is linked to each other and everyone works independently without any coordination ,also no one introduced themselves on group and remained anonymous to us. Their mail also reads our team is working on the issue and a new team has been handed over your issues and issue will be resolved too..Ticket has been raised but in that they had replied only once and that too it will be resolved soon..They don't have a proper legal team or legal documentation as on asking to sign the legal documents before paying another ** percent they remained silent and never responded back...it's been more than a month now we had payed the booking amount and on most occassions they stay silent..
