Extremely disappointing experience with Decorpot.
My interior project started in June ****, promised in ** days, but was incompletely handed over in December with many flaws. We stayed in a rented flat during renovation and were forced to move into an unfinished house due to delays.
Even after * months of continuous follow-up, there is zero response from the entire team—including the project manager, managing head, and higher management. Emails and messages are completely ignored. There is no ownership or accountability, leaving us truly helpless and hopeless.
Multiple snags are still pending: furniture fitted without handles, pending headboard, wrongly built kitchen cabinet doors, and bay window doors that cannot be opened due to poor design. Partial snags were left in our house in December, occupying space, while remaining work is still pending.
We have spent ₹*+ lakhs on Decorpot furniture and are forced to live in an incomplete house, with fitted furniture now getting spoiled because of snags. Today we are in March but still work is not complete.

Please resolve this complaint ASAP otherwise legal action will take place.
