Vi India - Without my consent caller tune activated and money deducted

For past * months of ****, every month some amount is deducted from Vi for callertune, games, astrology without my consent. When I called consumer complaint they blamed that without my consent it will not be activated, then I said to provide proof, they said only this month deducted amount will be refunded and previous month charges can't be refunded. Reason they said is records of * months back is deleted from system . Till now they didn't provide any proof and after complaining today again some amount is deducted for games without my consent. Never expected this from Vi.
