I have purchased my Lenovo gaming * idea pad laptop on **th of JAN, within * months of purchase continuously facing issue with laptop battery. when I took them to service center they changed the motherboard then again after one month I faced the same issue. then again they changed the mother board. everyone knows that product can be changed only within * year but if I am going to face these issues continuously then what is the point of saying its a new laptop. After purchasing A laptop worth for *****. its nearly working in a secondhand laptop.
I suppose that even that works well. worst product from Lenovo.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
