** February iwas make request withdrawal amount of *****+*****+**** totall *****/- there showing the transaction was success full. But amount not credited to my bank .I was complained more than *** times. Screen shots and dozen of times bank statement, to customers care, they just saying wait your issue will be solve soon be patience. they do give the proper answer, without the proper answers the chat agent will changes and asking questions from the start, I was totally frustrated with this company, I was suffered so mental tension, they don't even provide the management deatals also, cheating company, I want file the case on most bet, they need proper guidanlince from the government, are site banning from India is the right action.
