I sent all the requested documents, including additional photos. My account got freeze on *th April ****, my account have **,***INR and i had few bets pending which i won but didn't got settled.. so in total i have around *,**,** INR with Mostbet and they freeze my account within one day or creating account which i created on *th April **** and made * deposits one of **,*** INR and other of **,*** INR, so the total deposit made was **,*** INR. I want my money back . I even made the Skype video call, where the agent clearly told me my account would be reactivated the next day. Result? Still nothing. I'm waiting, and waiting. It's unacceptable. Why does a process that's supposed to be quick take so long? This isn't normal. We're talking about accessing an account containing real money, and yet we can't play, make withdrawals, or even get a clear answer. It's frustrating, and above all, very disappointing coming from such a popular site. I found the app well-designed and pleasant to use, but this is far from serious, digital customer service. In your rules, you specify processing "as soon as possible," not a complete **-day freeze without justification.
