Betway Sports - Withdrawals pais but not received in my bank account

Betway sports is showing that three of my withdrawal amount of rupees *****/- & ****/- & ****/- totalling to *****/- is processed & paid as on **/**/**. But *days gone almost & still I don't have received the money in my bank account. I send many mails & trying to contact Betway but I am unable to comply. I need my *****/- rupees back.
Resolve the issue as soon as possible because it's almost *days time gone.
