Parimatch - Withdrawal Not Received Excessive Delay

I am filing this complaint against Parimatch regarding my pending withdrawal of ₹**,***, which I requested on **/**/**** via IMPS.
It has now been more than * months (**+ days), but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. Despite continuous follow-ups through email, live chat, and social media support, I have only received repetitive and generic responses such as “internal verification,” “under review,” and “please wait.”
My complaint ticket number is #******** and my Parimatch User ID is *********, yet no concrete resolution, UTR number, or proper timeline has been provided so far.
Parimatch support has repeatedly assured me that my funds are “safe,” but they have neither:
Credited ₹**,*** to my bank account
Nor reversed the amount back to my Parimatch wallet balance
A delay of over **+ days for an IMPS withdrawal is completely unreasonable and unacceptable. Normally, IMPS transactions are completed within a few hours or at most ** hours, but in my case, the withdrawal has been stuck for over two months without any clear explanation.
This situation has caused severe mental stress, financial inconvenience, and loss of trust due to continuous delays, lack of transparency, and absence of a proper resolution.
