I have been waiting for ** days regarding my pending ₹**** deposit and ₹**** withdrawal. Despite submitting all proofs multiple times, I am only receiving repeated automated replies without any proper resolution.
My bank has confirmed there is no failed transaction from my side and no withdrawal credit has been received. If the withdrawal was really processed, kindly provide the official UTR/reference number or payment proof immediately.
This delay is unacceptable. Either credit my amount or refund it within **–** hours. Otherwise, I will escalate this matter through cybercrime complaint, consumer complaint forums, NPCI/bank dispute, and public grievance platforms with complete evidence of your delayed and misleading support responses.
