I made a withdrawal request of ***** rupees on **th July ****.I did not receive the withdrawal and I shared this with the parimatch customer support in the next couple of days.After that I also provided my bank statement from the date of the withdrawal request.After one month,customer support responded saying that my withdrawal of ***** rupees has been done from their end and I should get a letter from my bank if I didn’t receive the payment.My withdrawal was never of ***** and was instead of *****.When I asked them for the date of the transaction they did not give the date and only shared the UTR.I noticed that my withdrawal for ***** was being confused for a withdrawal of ***** amd maybe that’s why the withdrawal is not showing up in my bank account.When I messaged the customer support telling them of the same,they replied with an automated mail saying that if my bank could not find the transaction then I should get a letter from them confirming it.How can I get the transaction when the money you are transferring are not the money I withdrew.Please look into it and solve it
