Melbet - Withdrawal amount not received

I made a withdrawal of ***** INR on **/**/**** but after three days money was not credited in my bank account But on Melbet app it was showing withdrawal confirmed. So I contacted them on their email customer support and customer support
They asked for my bank statement And I provide. After that they gave me a UTR number saying that money is successfully transferred please check with your bank customer support I called and check but there was no any payment. After all these they are just saying you money is transferred without giving any proof or sometimes they say have patience have patience etc .This is totally irritating.
