It has now been * days, and the amount is still not credited, which is extremely unusual. In all my previous withdrawals, the processing time was much shorter. What makes this more concerning is that I have made two withdrawals after this transaction, and both were credited successfully, while this one remains pending.

I have been emailing your support team for the last * days, but the issue is still unresolved. Your stated timeframe for withdrawal processing has already passed, yet I have received no clear explanation or resolution.

As a VIP customer, this experience is very disappointing and unacceptable. I request you to urgently investigate this issue and credit my amount immediately, or provide a clear and valid reason for the delay with a definite resolution timeline.
