Dafasports - Deposit not reflecting

I've deposited **** rs in account on **th of Jan but it didn't reflected in my wallet. As their procedure I attached valid proof as SS & sent them.
Today it's **th Jan still I haven't got any response from their as I've also tried live chat option where they say that we have escalated matter to Team & also sent mail but even there I haven't received any response yet.
