I ordered a sofa cover for my sofa at home but I received a completely damaged product. The entire product has big black and brown patches on it which is not getting cleaned even after multiple pictures. It has holes and torn apart at few places also. Please do check the pictures uploaded earlier to wish support.
I can't use that product on my sofa at all for my guests. I need a complete replacement of the product.
This was such a frustrating and disappointing experience. Also I have submitted my query thrice on wish customer support but haven't received any response yet. Please please do reply to my query. Please see order details -
