Wish.com - Package not delivered and no refund is given

Ordered a vaccum sealer from wish.com. The product not delivered . Asked for refund . They say refund is done . The transaction is not reflected in my bank account.. repeated mail chat is met with robot answers that the refund is done when in real terms it was not.
