Wish - Wish is not giving refund for faulty product

I have ordered drone, which i have received on **th Nov'**. The drone is faulty, it dosent work, i have filed complaint for the same from my order section and asked for replacement or refund but wish closed my complaint without giving any reply or confirmation for refund.
Now i am not able to raise any new complaint for refund as that section is blocked.
My product is eligible for ** days refund from date of delivery.
Please help to get refund.
