Wish - Item not delivered and amount also not refunded

I have * orders in my accounts & * order from another account.

from Nov ****. Till now we haven't received any item from any order and mentioned that refund initiated but yet to received money in any of the accounts. even support agents also not giving proper response on this what should we follow next now
