In view of 'Work From Home' after the COVID-**, I ordered a more powerful Tenda AC** MU-MIMO Dual Band AC**** Gigabit Wi-Fi Router on ** May, **** paying the money in full along with the courier charges for a speedy delivery. It is now ** August, and I am yet to hear anything from the store. All my phone calls go unanswered, my emails get an auto-response that delivery is delayed. I feel cheated.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
