I have raised request to get new internet connection on *th of march and i was given commitment that the connection will get activated and router will get delivered in a day.
After multiple follow ups with beam customer care i my connection got activated on March *th. Whereas coming to wifi Router still it is not delivered. Its been * days today and still i am waiting for router to get jt delivered.
Tried to reach customer care and get status of it. Every time i called them they give the commitment saying it will get delivered.
They have just wasted my time and money.
Really pathetic Beam service.
