Act Fibernet Hyderabad - Act Fibernet unable to Replace my router as per plan for last 30 days

I'm using Act fibernet connection from past * months(Account:************). I have opted for *** Mbps connection but I was getting *** Mbps speed only and I raised complaint on *nd day of my connection on this. I was informed that my router doesn't supports *** Mbps then I asked that new router should be included as part of connection they mentioned its not and I have to buy a new router myself which I couldn't do at that time. But later on completion of * months of my plan (only used at *** Mbps) they informed me that router will be included as part of my plan on **th July and same day I requested for router thinking that at least I will utilize my *** Mbps plan for * month but till date I didn't got my router delivered.
Below are my concerns:
Act failed in informing me about what exactly are included in my plan
They notified me too late about router inclusion in my plan at almost end of my plan
Even after the request, they didn't provided appropriate resolution even after **days
Every day I have to connect and they would say it is being escalated and that never happened
For every * days whenever I call they would ask me to wait for * more days as no stock is available. FOR NEW CONNECT ALSO THEY WILL BE GIVING SAME EXCUSE AND DELAY THE CONNECT OR THEY ARE TREATING ME ONLY BECAUSE I'M AN EXISTING CUSTOMER
Everytime I call they will ask me to wait for * hours for update and I never got any update or call back.

On **-**-**** I got a call back from support team who was rudely mentioned me that you have to pay bill then only new router will be delivered.
I have made payment and was suppose to receive the router by **-**-**** and when I call back they are not providing the right resolution
